- 05:00 am: Drive to the Kimpun camp (about 5 hours), from where the uphill motor road to hermit’s hill starts.
Arrive at Kimpun camp and take the uphill pickup truck, for about an hour to reach to the top of the mountain from where you can see the Golden Rock (Kyaikhtiyo). This Golden rock is a large boulder positioned well balanced on a cliff of this mountain – seems to be defying the force of gravity from the spur of the cliff. Enjoy the views over the deeply forested mountains from here.
17:00 pm: End of the tour and return back to the hotel at Yangon city.
