• Get picked up at 8 am and leave Fes travelling towards Ifrane, a beautiful mountains village, referred to as the Switzerland of Morocco and then, on to Midelt.

• Experience glimpses of the Middle Atlas and Higher Atlas mountains, stopping at Azrou, a Berber village in the middle of the famous cedar forest.

•  Continue to Midelt along the magnificent hills and mountains of the Atlas.

• After reaching Midelt, head through the fascinating Tizi Ntalghamt pass and the Ziz Gorges, taking in views of the High Atlas plateau.

• Notice how the scenery changes to reveal hints of the desert, as you approach the city of Errachidia, where you'll stop for lunch and enjoy the Berber hospitality.

• Afterwards, travel along the luxuriant Ziz Valley, stopping for panoramic views along the way to Erfoud.

• Arrive at  Merzouga in the afternoon. You’ll be welcomed with a glass of mint tea before your camel ride, guided by an experienced camel man, to explore within the golden sand sea of Merzouga.

• Head for dinner that is laid in front of your tent.

• Wake up early for the most spectacular sunrise you´ve ever seen, at the top of a high dune.

• Return to Merzouga on the camels, where a heartwarming breakfast is waiting for you. Leave the desert as you head to Rissani, where you`ll visit the marketplace (market days: Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday).

• Then, continue to Erfoud, where we can visit the manufacturers of fossilized marble before starting on your way to Touroug and Tinjdad palm groves.

• An hour later, you´ll reach one of the best places of the High Atlas, the Todra Gorges. The course of the river has carved out a cliff-sided canyon, making it a very popular option among climbers.

• Head for lunch in this wonderful place and then take a short walk through the gorges to appreciate the beauty of the landscape.

• In the afternoon, continue to the Dadès valley, also known as the figs valley. Going through Boumalne Dadés, stop at the “Monkey Feet” mountains.

• After breakfast, enjoy the best views of the Dadès valley from one strategic lookout in the mountains. Then, continue by a road, heading towards the 1000 Kasbahs.

• Pass through The Roses Valley and Skoura palm grove to get to Ouarzazate.

• Visit the Kasbah of Taourirt, the old residence of the Glaoui or Marrakech pasha, and if you are interested, head for the cinema studios.

• Half hour driving from Ouarzazate, top at ksar (fortified village) of Ait Ben Haddou.

• Visit the famous Kasbah, declared World Heritage Site by UNESCO and also familiar amongst all for the famous films that have been shot on this spectacular stage.

• Revisit Gladiator, Obelix, The Mummy, The Jewel of the Nile and Games of Thrones as you walk through the corridors of this Kasbah.

• Head for lunch and continue your journey to Marrakech, through the Atlas mountain by Tizi N'tichka pass, with stops to take pictures.

• You'll reach Marrakech by about 6 pm and head towards your hotel.
