  • Day 1: Airport – Sigiriya expand_more
    • Upon arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport, proceed to Sigiriya and your Sri Lankan tour guide/driver. 

    • Enjoy a National Park Safari. If you are lucky, you can see wild elephants, wild boars, crocodiles, and many other mammals, reptiles, amphibians. 

    • Check-in to your hotel at Sigiriya.

  • Day 2: Sigiriya – Kandy expand_more
    • Get ready for the exciting day! After breakfast, climb the Sigiriya rock fortress. It was referred to by locals as eight world's wonder. Sigiriya is the UNESCO world heritage cultural site.

    • Proceed to your next destination - Kandy city.

    • On the way, you can visit the Dambulla cave temple. This cave temple is one of the UNESCO world heritage cultural sites. 

    • See the fantastic five separate caves containing about 150 stunning Buddha statues and paintings, some of Sri Lanka’s most essential and evocative religious art.

    • On the way, you can visit spice gardens.

    • Participate in watching a cultural show. It includes a blend of traditional Sri Lankan dances (optional).

    • Visit the golden-roofed Temple of the Sacred Tooth housing Sri Lanka’s most important Buddhist relic – a tooth of the Buddha. Please don’t miss offering fresh flowers to the Lord Buddha.

    • In the evening, you will be checked in to the hotel at Kandy.

  • Day 3: Kandy – Nuwara Eliya expand_more
    • After breakfast, embark on a fantastic train ride from Kandy to Nanuoya according to availability. This train ride is considered one of the most beautiful train trips globally, and it takes you through stunning landscapes of green and lush tea plantations and mountain views. 

    • Visit Nuwara Eliya city. Nuwara Eliya is blessed a with salubrious climate, breathtaking views of valleys, meadows, mountains, and greenery. Nuwara Eliya, also known as ‘Little’ England’, was the favourite hill station of the British who tried to create the resort into a typical English Village. 

    Overnight stay at Nuwara Eliya.

  • Day 4: Nuwara Eliya – Ella expand_more
    • Visit the Horton Plain National Park early in the morning.  

    • Start trekking at sunrise. During the trekking, you can have your picnic breakfast.

    • Post your trek transfer to Ella. 

    • Visit Little Adam’s Peak.

    • Gradually, hike up to the mountain of Little Adams Peak, and see a worthy panoramic view. 

    • Visit the Nine Arch Bridge, also known as The Bridge in the Sky, a man-made masterpiece. 

    Overnight stay at Ella.

  • Day 5: Ella - Sinharaja expand_more
    • After breakfast, you will be transferred to the Sinharaja Rainforest early in the morning. 

    • Enjoy the Sinharaja trekking. Sinharaja Rain Forest is a world heritage and biodiversity hotspot which is also a major eco-tourism destination in Sri Lanka. 

    Overnight stay at Sinharaja.

  • Day 6: Sinharaja – Bentota expand_more
    • Start the day with breakfast. 

    • Proceed with your transfer to Bentota.

    • Visit Galle fort en-route. The Galle Fort is a world heritage site and the largest remaining fortress in Asia built by European occupiers. 

    Overnight stay at Bentota beach hotel.

  • Day 7: Bentota expand_more
    • Fuel up with a delicious breakfast at the hotel.

    • Get the best experience in the Madu riverboat safari (optional). The Madu River area surrounding the river are all swampy marshlands covered in mangrove forests. 

    • After relaxing at the beach, you will go back to the hotel.

  • Day 8: Bentota – Airport expand_more
    • After breakfast, a tour representative will drop you at the airport (2 hours drive approximately).
