Experience of making sushi in Tokyo!  You can learn how to make eight pieces of nigiri sushi, a sushi roll, two side dishes (Japanese-style omelette, spinach with sesame sauce), and miso soup from the broth. Japanese green tea will be served, too. We will teach you how to make sushi in the authentic way as sushi chefs do. The experience of cooking and using tools unique to Japan is sure to be exciting.
