    06:00 am

    • Pick up from hotel & proceed to Agra by Car. The driver will pick you up, and you will proceed to Agra via Expressway, the quickest route between Delhi to Agra.

    09:00 am

    • Around 9:00 hrs, you will reach Agra City, once the capital of Mughal India, and will be taken straight to Taj Mahal, one of the seven wonders of the world.

    09:30 am

    • Around 9:30 am, you will reach the Taj Mahal. You will be provided complete information on its history and architecture by your Agra guide.

    11:30 am

    • Visit Agra Fort.

    1:00 pm

    • Lunch as per your need & comfort (not included in the package). You will be taken to a restaurant for lunch (if you feel ready to get lunch). Before leaving the city, if you have any shopping requirements, Agra is well known as a city of handicrafts because of its rich, glorious history, and historically this city has seen Hindu, Rajput, Muslim and Persian culture, do it as you required. You can also visit a marble inlay souvenir place to see Marble Inlay work – A unique Art of Agra and get an idea of how the walls of the Taj Mahal were decorated by ingenious workers back in the 17th century so precisely without using any electric tool.

    • Explore "Itmad-ud-daulah", popularly known as "Baby Taj", built by Mughal Empress Noor Jahan in the memory of her parents as their final resting place. The tomb is small but beautifully decorated with Pitra Dura inlays and frescos, and stucco work.

    2:30 pm

    • Proceed back to Delhi with nice memories in your heart about your visit to the city of Love – Agra. With an impression of "The Taj Mahal-An eternal Saga of Love written in Marble", that will last long forever with you. You will be back at your hotel in Delhi around 6 pm.

  • In this one day tour of Agra from Delhi, you will visit the historic city of Agra, which is home to 3 UNESCO's World Heritage sites, and the tour covers 2 of them - Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. Taj Mahal, a wonder of the world, is a beautiful mausoleum built by a husband in the living memory of his beloved wife - poetically described as "A teardrop on the cheek of time".

  • The Taj Mahal is the most iconic building & landmark of India in terms of tourism. One of the most achingly beautiful architectural achievements in the world and is considered to be a symbol of enduring love. One of the seven wonders of the world and a world heritage site was built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in loving memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal, who died while giving birth to their fourteenth child. Built in pure white marble, the Taj Mahal is located along the banks of the River Yamuna & spreads across almost 60 acres of land; and it is believed that this particular spot was chosen by the emperor because of it was the favourite place of Mumtaz Mahal because of the peaceful and soothing effect of this place. Shrouded in white marble, the sheer elegance, purity and sentiment that are an integral part of the monument have touched the hearts of people from all corners of the world. It stands as a tribute to undying love, and all who visit it stand awed at the first impression created by this architectural marvel in white marble.

  • Agra Fort was constructed by Mughal Emperor "Akbar The Great" in 1565 A.D and includes many royal buildings like Jahangir Palace, Khas Mahal, and Musanman Burj, where Shah Jahan is believed to have been imprisoned and died, Sheesh Mahal and Diwan-e-Aam. Agra Fort is a UNESCO world heritage site and well known for its history, and its architecture is a blend of  Muslim and Hindu Architecture.

  • Taj Mahal is closed on Friday, so the same-day tour doesn't operate on Fridays. There is no dress code to visit the Taj Mahal, but for the respect of the place, it's better to cover your legs (wearing full-length pants or jeans). For a better photography experience, try to wear bright colours.
