    • Meet the tour guide and start the tour from Hauz Khas Metro Station, Gate no. 1, at 7:00 am. Here we will equip you with a bicycle and safety gear. This scenic route circles the perimeter of Sanjay Van. Nature lovers should also keep their eyes peeled for some wild animals in the forest area. 
    • Next, we continue to the picture-postcard Qutab Minar, one of Delhi’s prettiest spots. Qutab Minar in Delhi is a heritage site constructed in 1192 by Qutab-ud-din Aibak and later completed by his successor Iltutmish. The soaring iconic tower is an exquisite example of Indo-Islamic Afghan architecture. Gaze at the stones, ponder how they were transported here, and explore the archaeological and virtual displays.
    • Proceed to Mehrauli Archeological Park, where you can enjoy a panoramic tour of the honey-stoned architecture of monuments like step well, Jamali Mosque, and more. 
    • Conclude the tour with drop-off at the Hauz Khas Metro station.

  • Please note we reserve the right to make modifications/ changes in the retreat program and accommodations as deemed necessary. We also reserve the right to cancel any tour. In the unlikely event of a cancellation, you may opt to transfer to another tour or receive a full refund of the money you have paid.
  • We are not responsible for any consequential expenses or damages incurred because of any cancellation, not limited to costs spent in preparation. 
  • Cancellations will not be accepted over the phone. For authentication purposes, only written cancellation notices (email) will be accepted. 
  • In case of any increase in the cost of hotels, transport, govt., tax, fuel, etc., we are bound to augment the same. Any booking will be tentative unless you pay in advance and book on a guaranteed basis.
  • We will not be responsible for any (additional) charges incurred after cancellations/ amendments without confirmation from our side. 
  • The refund will be made via bank transfer or depending on the original method of purchase. Additionally, although we will instruct the bank to handle the crediting process immediately upon notification of cancellation, it could take 2-3 weeks for the actual crediting to take place, which may differ as per your bank’s practice.
  • Important note
    • This is a quotation only, and neither reservations for services nor hotel bookings have been made. Availability of all services is guaranteed upon confirmation of reservation. The prices quoted are valid for one week from the quotation date. Slight deviations in the tour program are sometimes necessary, depending on weather, road conditions, flight schedules and room availability. Therefore, quoted rates might change accordingly. Cycling tours fall under soft adventure and are covered under most travel insurance but check with your provider or travel agent. For our day tours - Travel insurance is recommended for anyone travelling with us. However, it is compulsory to purchase/ have travel insurance for our - weekend, multi-day, and expedition cycle tours. So please ensure you have an appropriate level of cover. This insurance must cover personal accidents, death, medical expenses, and emergency repatriation with a recommended minimum coverage of USD200,000 for each category of coverage.
