• Connect with your tour guide at 9:30 am at parc de la Bouzaise, allée du docteur Bouley at Beaune, to start the cycling tour. 
• After a minibus transfer, you will arrive at the heights of the village of St. Romain.
• Firstly, your guide will ensure that you're completely comfortable with the fit and handling of your bike. With a casual pace and frequent stops, the emphasis is on enjoying the scenery and introducing you to boutique and family-owned wineries along the way.
• You will be riding in the heart of the Burgundy wine region, a world heritage classified by UNESCO.
• Enjoy a bike trip to join the iconic castle in Burgundy – Château de la Rochepot, with its glazed roof.
• Afterwards, your guide will prepare a wine tasting for you in the middle of the vineyards. It will be a good excuse to talk about the different wines in Burgundy. You'll understand and learn about the plant, the soil and why Burgundy wine is the best.
• Then you will continue cycling through the hills of the Cote de Beaune, passing vineyards, villages and fields. Taking in the sights, smells and sounds, enjoy a scenic downhill before crossing the plots of Montrachet Grand Cru.
• The second stop for the tour and tasting is at Chateau de Chassagne Montrachet.
• After that, it's time for lunch in Puligny Montrachet, as a picnic or traditional Burgundian meal in a restaurant.
• Get on your bike again and ride in Pommard's direction.
• Finally, you will visit a typical local winery, discover their stone cellars, and understand the work of a winemaker. The winemaker will be able to deliver the bottles directly to your hotel or can also ship them home.
