    • Meet your Chinese guide in your hotel lobby at 8 AM and transfer to Tiananmen Square to commence the tour.

    • Explore Tiananmen Square, a landmark in the center of Beijing City with a fraught history. 

    • Walk through the Tiananmen Tower and tour the majestic Forbidden City, which used to be the imperial palace for about 600 years between 1368 and 1911 during the Ming and Qing dynasties.

    • Break for lunch (at your own expense, the guide can advise you on where to eat and what to try).

    • Continue your Mutianyu Great Wall tour from Beijing by a 1.5 hours cable car ride. 

    • Take in the awe-inspiring view of the Great Wall traversing the lush mountains with many watchtowers distributed along the ramparts. 

    • Ride the cable car back and then transfer to your hotel to conclude the tour.
