Know before you go
  • The Kribi coast is Cameroon's true riviera, a world where the equatorial forest meets the ocean.
  • Londji, Cameroon's most beautiful beach, is a dream holiday destination.
  • The Lobé Falls flow directly into the ocean in a series of cascades, a phenomenon that is unique in the world. In a magical setting, the river tumbles down a thirty-metre-high cliff, widening the sky with its spray.
  • Further on, you can discover two typical fishing villages, Eboundja and Ebodjé, where the fishing is almost miraculous.
  • The Dzanga-Sangha Protected Areas (APDS) located in the Central African Republic are internationally known for the beauty of their tropical forest and the remarkable animal diversity they contain Western lowland gorillas, forest elephants, bongos, buffaloes as well as a multitude of bird species are for example easily observable. The local culture is very rich, in particular through the centuries -old  traditions perpetuated by the Sangha-Sangha fishing groups and the  Ba'aka pygmy hunter-gatherers.
  • The Kribi region is Cameroon's real riviera, with its idle beach life. Large white sandy beaches stretch as far as the eye can see, fringed by splendid coconut palms. The contact between the ocean and the equatorial forest is bewitching.A unique site to the south of Kribi will surprise even the most blasé: the Lobé Falls, a river that flows directly into the ocean through a series of waterfalls over thirty metres high.
