    • Upon arrival, meet your tour guide at the Kotoka International Airport in Accra and travel in an air-conditioned 4x4 car or Mini Bus depending on your number to explore Accra city as time permits depending on the time of arrival.

  • Day 2: Traditional Craft Villages of the Ashanti Kingdom - Cocoa Farm - Adinkra site - Tamale. expand_more
    • Your outstanding tour will kick start today morning, waking up to see Africa`s sunrise with a visit to the craft villages around Kumasi showcasing traditional crafts: Kente weaving at Adanwomase, Adinkra stamping at Ntonso and carving at Ahwiaa.

    • Visit a cocoa farm to examine Ghana's main cash crop.

  • Day 3: Tamale - Tongo Hills – Bolgatanga expand_more
    • Depart to Tongo to visit the shrine which is believed to give people good fortune and power.

    • View the unique architecture of the region, the dramatic granite rock formations, and natural caves.

    • Visit the Bolgatanga local market for further interaction with the people.

  • Day 4: Bolgatanga – Sirigu – Paga Crocodile pond - Bolgatanga expand_more
    • Drive straight on the 34-kilometre road to Sirigu. Sirigu is known throughout Ghanaian history for its pottery, basket weaving, and unique symbolic wall decorations. 

    • Get a guided tour of traditional homes belonging to members of Sirigu Women Organization for Pottery and Art (SWOPA). You will also have the opportunity to meet with (SWOPA) women at the gallery. 

    • Depart to Paga, where crocodiles are part of the daily living of the people.

  • Day 5: Bolgatanga - Tumu expand_more
    • Head towards Tumu. You will stop at Navrongo after about a 30-kilometre drive. 

    • Visit the Catholic minor basilica, the first Catholic Church building in northern Ghana since 1903 before getting to Tumu for the great Adventure.

  • Day 6: Tumu - Wa expand_more
    • Depart early to begin the day’s tour. After about 32 kilometres on the ‘red dusty road’, you will stop at Gwollu to see the slaves walls built in the 18th century by the chief of the area. Gwollu is also the home of Ghana’s third President.

    • Visit the Wechiau Community Hippo Sanctuary where you can see a white huge skull of a hippopotamus. The sanctuary is arguably one of the best wildlife sites in Ghana.

  • Day 8: Wa – Mole National Park expand_more
    • Depart after breakfast to Mole National Park. See elephants and baboons for use plus other smaller animals such as dulcimers.

    • Enjoy an Italian-funded introduction of lions that you can perhaps see if you are lucky.

  • Day 9: Mole National Park – Mognori Eco-village – Lalabanga Mosque expand_more
    • Leave for a morning safari at Mole National Park to enjoy outstanding Nature and Wildlife. 

    • Drive for about ten minutes in the afternoon to Mognori Eco-Village for a village walk, drumming and dancing and a canoe safari. 

    • Visit the Larabanga Mosque, built in the Sudanese architectural style in the village of Larabanga, Ghana. It is the oldest mosque in the country and one of the oldest in West Africa, and has been referred to as the "Mecca of West Africa". It has also undergone restoration several times since it was founded in 1421.

  • Day 10: Mole National park – Boabeng Fiema - Kumasi expand_more
    • Go for a morning safari at Mole National Park, home of Ghana`s Wildlife.

    • Depart Mole National park to see the rare species of monkeys in Africa at Boabeng Fiema monkey sanctuary, where the Black and White Colobus monkeys and Mona monkeys are very friendly and easy to see and photograph. 

    Retire for the day. Overnight at Excelsa Lodge, a standard hotel in Kumasi.

  • Day 11: Manhyia Palace - Komfo Anokye Sword Site - Prempeh II Jubilee Museum - Accra expand_more
    • Visit the Manhyia Palace, the seat of the Asantehene of Asanteman, as well as his official residence. It is located at Kumasi, the capital of the Ashanti Kingdom in the Ashanti Region to learn about the Tradition and Culture of the Ashanti Kingdom. 

    • Visit Komfo Anokye of the Ashanti Kingdom, the man who commanded the Golden Stool of Asantehene, explore the Prempeh II Jubilee Museum for History of the Ashanti Kingdom. 

    • Visit the open-air market in the city of Kumasi, the capital of Ashanti.

    • Enjoy a popular seafront spot at Kokrobite Beach which offers golden sand and high-energy nightlife in Ghana.
