    • Embark on a walking tour of central Belfast and learn about its potted history from the 1600s. 
    • The walking tour will take up to 2 hours. It will start at the front gates of Belfast City Hall (BT1 5G6) or a city centre location preferred by the group.  
    • The recommended starting time for a morning tour would be 10 am. An afternoon tour would start at 2 pm.
    • The tour  can be adapted to suit a group's particular interests. It's not a case of one size fits all!
    • The route will normally cover the area of the 1600s Belfast. Especially Donegall Place, Royal Avenue, Donegall Street, Academy Street, Hill Street, High Street, Joy’s Entry, Ann Street, Arthur Square, Chichester Street and back to the City Hall.  The itinerary takes in the oldest part of Belfast. There are no hills to climb and the route is ideal for a walking tour.
    • Some groups in the past, preferred not to finish back at the City Hall but to stay in the main shopping area. Our suggestion for an alternative finishing place would be Arthur Square (BT1 4FF).

  • If you have your coach, our guide would happily step on for the same rates. The guide rate is £125 for a morning or afternoon tour.  An all-day tour, up to 5 pm, would cost £225.
  • Choose to do a walking or a coach tour for the same guide fee.

Meeting Point

At the front gates of Belfast City Hall or at another City Centre location, if requested. For example the walking tour could start from a hotel where a group is staying.
