    • Watch The Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace (depending on date of visit/weather).

What to bring
  • Bring your tickets, credit cards/money.
  • Wear comfortable shoes. 
  • If in doubt, bring an umbrella and an extra layer of clothing, unless it's a heatwave.  The weather in England is notoriously unpredictable!
Know before you go
  • This day tour does include some walking.  The whole walk will take 15 minutes, but I will be stopping regularly to give you information.  We can take taxis where necessary or hire a private vehicle.
  • Please note that Westminster Abbey has access for wheelchair users, but a flight of stairs is avoidable, and you will miss a part of the tour.  The Tower of London has cobbles in places, so it is very bumpy for wheelchair users.  There is disabled access to the Crown Jewel House.  
  • Regarding group size, the maximum group size will differ at Westminster Abbey and the Tower of London, so I will have to advise you of the maximum permitted at the time of booking.
