Your safety is our crew’s biggest priority. Before your journey even begins, your driver completely disinfects the vehicle and places free hand sanitiser in the back seat. Your driver will open and close the door for you, and for your safety, guests are only permitted to ride in the back seat. We’re here to ensure you arrive at your destination feeling healthy, happy, and ready to take on the day.

Know before you go
• Hotel pickups include a free 20 minutes. Our driver will wait 20 minutes at the reception of the hotel. If you don't show up after this time, and you did not notify us, we will release the driver and the transfer will be a 'no show' and fully charged.
• If you will not be arriving at your destination within the specified reconfirmation period, please reconfirm with the local service provider prior to travel, or upon arrival at your destination.
• The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions.
• Each traveller is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag.
• If there is a problem finding our chauffeur please contact the phone number mentioned in your receipt.
