Day 1: Arrival in Kalahari Desert expand_more
Meet your tour guide at Windhoek International Airport or a hotel within the city precinct and depart for your accommodation in the Kalahari Desert, veering eastwards just before Mariental. Depending on the arrival time, you will have the option of going on a sundowner dune drive with a guide (at your own cost).
Overnight at Kalahari Anib Lodge, including a scrumptious dinner.

Day 2: Drive to Sossusvlei expand_more
Have a hearty breakfast and depart for a fascinating drive to Sossusvlei in the Namib Desert.
Pass the majestic Namib Naukluft Mountains near Büllsport which is renowned for its striking scenery.
Reach The Kalahari Desert, a large basin-like plain of the interior plateau of Southern Africa.
Overnight at Namib Desert Lodge, including dinner and breakfast.

Day 3: Sossusvlei Excursion expand_more
Head out after breakfast. The day is spent exploring the Sossusvlei. This includes an exhilarating climb up the Big Daddy, which is the highest sand dune in the world.
Go for a visit to the Dead Vlei, which is known for its awe-inspiring grove of ancient camelthorn trees.
Spend the afternoon exploring the rugged Sesriem Canyon.
Enjoy a sunset dune drive in Gondwana Namib Park.

Day 4: Drive to Swakopmund expand_more
Drive through Namib-Naukluft National Park to Swakopmund, which is 35 km north of Walvis Bay.
Stop at the desert outpost of Solitaire, followed by a quick visit to the point that marks the Tropic of Capricorn and a meandering drive through the Gaub and Kuiseb Canyons.
Overnight at The Delight Hotel in Swakopmund, including breakfast.

Day 5: Swakopmund Expedition expand_more
Reach Swakopmund, the “Playground Capital of Namibia” and spend the day enjoying any one of the following activities; ranging from a Living Desert tour to kayaking in Walvis Bay lagoon, dolphin cruises, sandboarding, quad-biking and skydiving.
Have a refreshing dinner at one of the popular restaurants in town (for your own account).

Day 6: Travel to Damaraland expand_more
Leave after breakfast to travel northwards to the Damaraland region.
Travel via Henties Bay along the Skeleton Coast before heading inland via Uis and the Brandberg massif. Other stops along the way include the Organ Pipes, Burnt Mountain and the Petri Forest.
Overnight at Damara Mopane Lodge, including dinner and breakfast.

Day 7: Relax in Damaraland expand_more
Spend a relaxing day at The Delight Hotel or enjoying some of the activities on offer. This includes an afternoon guided nature walk to the sunset deck, where you’ll enjoy sundowner drinks and an exceptional view of the vast expanse of the desert landscape.

Day 8: Drive to Etosha National Park expand_more
Have a fulfilling breakfast and depart for Etosha National Park, travelling via Outjo.
Arrive in Etosha in time for a glorious afternoon safari tour and sundowners.
Enjoy an idyllic night, dining under the stars and listening to the sounds of southern Africa’s finest wilderness area.
Overnight in Etosha Safari Camp, including dinner and breakfast.

Day 9: Etosha National Park Safari expand_more
Spend the day exploring the area on a full-day safari tour of Etosha National Park. It promises spectacular scenery, outstanding wildlife sightings, incredible birds and the opportunity to see its famous salt pans.

Day 10: Back to Windhoek expand_more
Wake up early to enjoy a hearty breakfast before departing for the long journey southwards to Windhoek.
Stop en route at Okahandja’s popular woodcarver’s market with your Namibian tour guide.
Get dropped off in the late afternoon, at Hosea Kutako International Airport in Windhoek or a hotel within the city precinct.
