This is a tour of Valencia, taking you around the old River Turia. Today, it is a large park spanning 10 kilometres. The tour will be conducted on bikes, first exploring the old part of the town and then moving on to the river to enjoy the beautiful views of Valencia and the City of Arts and Sciences, designed by Santiago Calatrava. This is one of the most important modern museums in Valencia, representing science, art, and the opera house. At the Fallero Museum, you can experience the Fallas, a significant festival in Valencia. Inside the museum, we can see the most important sculptures, initially made of paper-mâché and now created using polystyrene. Artists work all year round to build these hilarious sculptures that Valencian people don't burn on the day of Saint Joseph, one of the important patrons of Valencia. The celebration of Saint Joseph takes place on March 19th. We will continue the tour until we reach Port Avenue, where we can take a small boat to enjoy the port and the different parts of Valencia, including Malvarrosa Beach, Cabañal Beach, Grau Port, and Marina Real. At the end of the tour, we will return the bicycles and finish at the same place, Town Hall Square.
