Day 1: Arrival in Cairo - Welcome to the Land of the Pharaohs expand_more
Welcome to Cairo, Egypt. Your tour guide will meet and assist you at Cairo International Airport and then escort you to your hotel in an air-conditioned deluxe vehicle.
At the hotel, your (Egyptologist) tour guide will assist you with a smooth check-in and review your vacation itinerary with you to establish and confirm pick-up times for each tour.
Overnight in Cairo.

Day 2: Pyramids and Cairo Sightseeing expand_more
After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, you will be accompanied by your guide to Giza Plateau to visit one of the seven wonders of the ancient world: the Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chefren, and Mekyrnus, along with the famous Sphinx and Valley Temple.
Head out to the Egyptian Museum, where the treasures of the boy king Tutankhamen await you.
Continue to Coptic Cairo to visit the Hanging Church and Ben Ezra Synagogue, followed by a short drive to Islamic Cairo to explore Khan El Khalil, Cairo’s oldest and most alluring bazaar.
Later, head back to the hotel and stay overnight in Cairo.

Day 3: Fly from Cairo to Luxor - Nile Cruise Tour expand_more
After your check out from the hotel in the morning, you’ll be transferred to Cairo Airport for a flight with Egypt Air to Luxor, where you will be greeted and taken in an air-conditioned vehicle to your Nile cruise ship.
After lunch on board, enjoy visiting the impressive Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple.
Have dinner on board the ship and stay overnight.

Day 4: Luxor Nile Cruise Excursions expand_more
After an early breakfast onboard, head out to visit the Royal Cemetery of 62 Pharaohs, the Valley of the Kings, then to the Mortuary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, which the architects of the New Kingdom built during the 15th century BC.
Travel to the Colossi of Memnon.
After lunch, you will sail to Edfu, enjoying a leisurely dinner on board.

Day 5: Kom Ombo and Edfu Temples expand_more
After breakfast, stop for a visit to the Temple of Edfu, the best-preserved temple of the ancient world. The structure is dedicated to Horus, the falcon god.
Sail to Kom Ombo to encounter the twin temple of Kom Ombo, and learn about the crocodile god Sobek and the falcon god Horus, whose monuments decorate each half of the temple.
Have your lunch back on the ship and sail to Aswan.
Enjoy dinner and stay overnight on the ship.

Day 6: Aswan Nile Cruise Tour expand_more
After your breakfast on the Nile cruise ship, enjoy a day’s sightseeing in Aswan.
Start with the High Dam and then visit the unfinished Obelisk in the stone quarries of ancient Egypt, the most giant Obelisk yet discovered.
Proceed to the beautiful Temple of Philae, devoted to the two goddesses Isis and Hathor.
Have your dinner and stay overnight on the ship.

Day 7: Fly from Aswan to Cairo expand_more
Disembark from your Nile cruise after breakfast and then transfer to Aswan Airport for your return to Cairo, where you will be met and assisted at the airport and then taken to your hotel.
