Day 1: Edfu and Kom Ombo Temples expand_more
Meet your tour guide at a pre-decided location in Luxor at 7:00 a.m. and make your way to the Edfu temple on a two-hour drive.
Proceed to the Temple of Kom Ombo, located around 35 km from Aswan. This structure is a unique double-temple dedicated to two sets of gods: Sobek and Haroeris, and dates back to the 2nd century B.C.E. The Crocodile Museum nearby houses a few of the three hundred crocodile mummies discovered around the temple.
Travel to your hotel in Aswan and rest for the night.

Day 2: Sightseeing at Aswan expand_more
Start the tour at 8:00 a.m. after breakfast with visits to the Aswan High Dam. Built across the Nile in the 1960s to control flooding and generate hydroelectricity, it remains the world's largest embankment dam.
Make your way to the Philae temple, dedicated to the goddess Isis.
Visit the Unfinished Obelisk in Aswan's Northern Quarry.
Enjoy a free leisurely afternoon before returning to your hotel. You may sail down the Nile in a traditional Felucca, explore the tombs of ancient Egyptian nobles, visit the Aswan museum, and so on, as per your interests.

Day 3: Abu Simbel expand_more
Get ready at 4 a.m. for a 3-hour drive to the Great Temple of Abu Simbel.
Spend a couple of hours exploring the temple site. The Abu Simbel temple is over three thousand years old. Built by Pharaoh Rameses II as a monument to himself, the entrance is flanked by four enormous statues of the Pharaoh on his throne. The temple was reconstructed in its present location to protect it during the Aswan High Dam and reservoir construction.
Return to your hotel after an exciting day of exploring Aswan.
