- Take a 250 km drive from Giza/Cairo.
- Arrive in Alexandria and visit the Catacombs of Kom el Shoqafa. Discovered accidentally in 1900, the Catacombs are considered one of the Seven Wonders of the Middle Ages.
- Explore the Serapeum of Alexandria, where Pompey’s Pillar, the most significant memorial column in Egypt, is located.
- Break for an hour, after which we head to Citadel of Qaitbay, a 15th -century defensive fortress.
- Visit the library of Alexandria (Bibliotheca Alexandria).
End the tour at 3 pm and head back to Cairo/Giza by 6 pm.
