    • Drive to Sakkara. Sakkara has 14 Pyramids built by Zoser I in 2700 BC. It is the world's oldest stone structure.  
    • Head to Memphis -the capital of the ancient kingdom and one of the most important cities, and enjoy the sound and light show.
    • Return to your hotel for overnight. 
  • Day 2- Explore the Egyptian Museum and the El Tahrir Square expand_more
    • Check out at 07.30 a.m. and visit the Egyptian Museum. Have a guided tour inside to watch the golden treasure of Tut-Ankh-Amun, portraits and much more.
    • Visit the El Tahrir Square and the Citadel of Salah El-Din.
    • Go to the river Nile for the felucca ride (optional)
    • Drive back to Alexandria to your ship at about 4:00 pm.

  • A fair bit of walking is involved.
  • Cairo, the Triumphant City, known officially as al-Qahirah, is one of the world's largest urban areas and offers many sites to see. It is the administrative capital of Egypt. Almost every Egyptian Pyramid, such as the Great Pyramids of Giza or Sakkara, is close by.
  • Giza is a small city located only a few kilometres south of Cairo and famous for the Great Pyramids. You will be guided through some of the busiest streets of Cairo toward Giza.
