  • Day 1: Giza Pyramids, Sphinx, Memphis, Sakkara Pyramids expand_more
    • Upon arrival at Cairo airport, your professional Egyptologist tour guide will meet you.

    • Start your full day by visiting Saqqara 27 km southwest away from Cairo, where you can explore the first and oldest complete stone building complex known in the history of mankind which was built by Djoser during the third dynasty 2700 BCE.

    • Visit Memphis, the ancient capital of Egypt, where the colossal statue of Ramses II and the great Alabaster Sphinx of Queen Hatshepsut. This city dates back to 3100 BCE.

    • Then from there will go for lunch in a local restaurant with a view of the Giza Pyramids.

    • After lunch, go ahead to the Giza Pyramids and the Great Sphinx, the most famous monuments of the ancient world! These massive stone structures were built around 4,500 years ago on a rocky desert plateau close to the Nile and always amaze visitors.

    • At the end of the tour, you will be transferred back to your hotel.

  • Day 2: Alexandria expand_more
    • 7:00 am: Get picked up by your professional Egyptologist tour guide up from your stay in Giza.

    • Transfer by private A/C vehicle to Alexandria, around 225 km away from Cairo.

    • Arrive in Alexandria around 10 am and start your tour there by The Catacombs of Kom El-Shoqafa. The tombs are on three levels also contains the Banquet hall where relatives used to sit on stone benches to have their meals. The catacombs were decorated with bearded serpents, and inside are 2nd century CE statues of Anubis wearing Roman Armor.

    • Then visit Pompey's Pillar.

    • Move to visit the new library of Alexandria, the most extensive library in the world now with 8 million books.

    • Then, you will move to visit Qaitbay Citadel, a 15th-century CE fortress located on the Mediterranean seacoast. It was established in 1477 CE by Sultan Al-Ashraf Qa'it Bay. The Citadel is situated in the same place as the Pharaohs or the lighthouse of Alexandria & El Mursi Abu Elabas mosque, where you can have a free walk on the Cornish.

    • Then your tour guide will drop you off at your hotel in Cairo. You will be back in Cairo around 19:00.

  • Day 3: Egyptian Museum, Citadel, Bazaar & Departure expand_more
    • After breakfast at your stay, your guide will pick you up.

    • Head to the Egyptian Museum, which displays a rare collection of 5000 years of art. Over 250,000 genuine artifacts are presented, including an exhibit dedicated to Tutankhamen's collection of treasure, gold, and jewellery which was enclosed in his tomb for over 3,500 years.

    • After the museum, take a break lunch at a local restaurant.

    • Then move ahead to visit the outstanding Citadel of Saladin, a fortress built between 1176 and 1183 CE to protect Cairo from the Crusaders where you will visit the mosque of Mohamed Ali, the founder of modern Egypt, and his mosque is a Turkish style mosque and called the Alabaster mosque.

    • End your tour by a shopping stop at Khan El Khalili Bazaar. You cannot complete your visit to Cairo without a stop to Khan El Khalili Bazaar, one of the most famous and oldest bazaars in the Middle East.

    • Finally, transfer back to Cairo International Airport.
