We leave Quito at 08:00 am, and after an hour's drive, we arrive in Mindo. Our first stop will be at the hummingbird garden to observe how they feed and observe how they perform their flight so close to us. Then, you will visit the waterfalls following the trail with a walk of about 1 hour each way. We continue to a butterfly farm, a site that allows us to observe several species of butterflies. If you like adventure, we will do canopy - this activity is optional. This allows you to discover a forest full of flora and fauna from the top of the trees. Finally, we continue to a chocolate farm, where you will learn about the process of making chocolate from harvest to enjoy this delicious fruit in a dessert.
We will return to Quito around 5 pm.
