  • DAY 2: Visit to the city of Quito and the Middle of the World expand_more

    Breakfast. Visit to the city of Quito known as "Reliquary of Art in America" because in November 1978 was the first city declared Cultural Heritage of Humanity, is the cultural, governmental, historical, financial and tourist center of Ecuador, besides being one of the most modern cities in South America. This day we will visit its old part with baroque churches and viewpoints, then you can enjoy the photo at latitude 0 and be standing at the same time in two hemispheres.

  • DAY 3 Visit to the handicraft market in Otavalo expand_more

    Breakfast. Early in the morning we will transfer to the city of Otavalo, one of the most important tourist destinations in Ecuador with its indigenous market, handicrafts, gastronomy and its people. This day you will visit the Cuicocha lagoon, Otavalo market, musical instruments workshop in Peguche. 

  • DAY 4: Departure to the city of Riobamba expand_more

    Breakfast. In the morning we will leave to the south crossing the Panamericana, highway that crosses the whole country and unites Ecuador with Colombia and Peru, this road is known as Avenue of the volcanoes where you can enjoy a show to admire the Cayambe, Imbabura, Cotopaxi, Altar, Sangay, Chimborazo, among others; we will stop at the Cotopaxi National Park, where you will walk for a few minutes around the Limpiopungo lagoon and then continue to Riobamba.

  • DAY 5: Chimborazo Reserve - Cuenca expand_more

    Breakfast. Early in the morning we go to the Chimborazo Reserve, where we find the highest snow-capped mountain in Ecuador and a large number of llamas and alpacas that are in a free state and protected by the reserve. Then, we continue south, we will visit en route the archaeological complex of Ingapirca (open from Wednesday to Sunday) and then we will be able to rest in this beautiful city upon arrival in Cuenca.

  • DAY 6: Visit to the city of Cuenca expand_more

    Breakfast. In the morning we will visit the city of Cuenca "The Athens of Ecuador" considered one of the most beautiful in the country for its architecture, traditions, people and beautiful landscapes. We will visit the Cathedral, the toquilla straw hat factory, the Turi viewpoint and the flower market. In the afternoon transfer to the airport to take the flight to Quito. 

  • DAY 7: Flight back to Quito expand_more

    Breakfast. Depending on the time of your flight, your transportation will take you to the airport in Cuenca for your flight back to Quito. End of services.

  • This is a tour that will reach different altitudes, so it is always recommended to dress in layers to accommodate you according to the day and weather.
  • The entire trip will be by land transportation, but with intermediate stops for visits.
  • The longest trip will be from Riobamba to Cuenca, with a duration of approximately 5 hours.
  • As this is a private trip, you will be able to make the stops you need to go to the bathroom, take pictures, etc.
