Cotopaxi National Park is a protected area in Ecuador situated in the Cotopaxi Province, Napo Province and Pichincha Province, near Quito.     • Drive from Quito through Andean volcanoes avenue heading south to the Cotopaxi National Park. Once in the park, visit a natural museum to learn about its nature, geology, history, and eruptions of the Cotopaxi volcano (5897m). 

    • Next stop is at Limpiopungo Lake (3800 mts) Make an acclimatizing walk while observing some variety of birds like ducks, eagles, and Andean gulls, with your Cotopaxi tour guide.

    • Further, drive to the parking lot (4600 mts). On clear days, you can have an incredible view of the Andean landscape.
