Look into the oldest Byzantine imposing Cathedral of Saint Lazarus, along the idyllic palm tree-lined boulevard and beach. On the way back, in the village of Kiti, there stands the Church of Panagia Angeloktisti (Angel-built), containing some of the oldest and finest religious wall mosaics.
