Description

Paphos is on the southwest coast of the island, a city full of history, mythology, and natural heavenly beaches. Follow your guide to the Petra Tou Romiou, Aphrodite's birthplace, where you can take photos and uncover her myth. Drive upto Omodos village, which is on the foothills of the Troodos Mountains. Admire the panoramic view of the Medieval Castle, which was built originally as a Byzantine fort. Panagia Chrysopolitissa Church is also included in the program. We cannot skip Tombs of The Kings, which are located in this area. This will be a tour full of history, culture, and laughter.

    • Depart from your hotel in Paphos and make our first stop of the day at Petra Tou Romiou. (Aphrodite's birthplace)
    • Drive to Omodos village which is well known for its narrow streets and unique stone houses. Walk on foot to see the local life and taste the local nuts and the wine from the village.
    • Park the car and walk in the harbour and enjoy the panoramic view of the Medieval Castle in Paphos.
    • Make the next stop at the Panagia Chrysopolitissa Church. Free time in Paphos harbour for lunch and shopping.
    • Finish the tour at the Tombs of the Kings.

  • We will do a minimum of walking on this tour as it will be mainly driving . Still, do not forget to wear comfortable walking shoes.
  • If required 6 seated comfortable vito( vianno) 6 seated can be used for this tour. So there will be lot of leg space for you. Please ask for the price if required.
  • Due to the political situation, I cannot guide you inside the historical sites as a guide in S. Cyprus but I can give you information as a Cypriot.
