  • For the good development and organization of the different tours, please read these orientation points carefully.
  • These tours are not recommended for people with walking problems, in wheelchairs or scooters.
  • The guide needs fluent communication with the clients before booking and after booking to organize the tour. If you have any doubts or questions, do not hesitate to ask the guide.
  • The guide will tour with the number of people the client informs. This is due to the capacity of the car. If you come with more people, you have to tell the guide 15 days before the tour to get a bigger car. 
  • The client has to inform the guide if a reservation is needed for lunch/dinner.
  • If the client comes by cruise ship and arrives in the afternoon, the tour must only be in Cienfuegos city. It is impossible to go to El Nicho or Trinidad. You can book the tour 'upon request' to know further details. 
  • The tours to El Nicho and Trinidad city last 90 minutes. For this reason, the client should analyze the time he/she has to return to the cruise ship to see if the time is enough to enjoy the tour. Let the guide know of the dock timings. 
  • The guide will not drive the car; a professional driver will.
