• This tour is not recommended for people with severe walking problems or those in wheelchairs/scooters.
• The guide needs flowing communication with the clients to organize the tour. Before booking and after booking, communication is necessary with the guide. If you have any doubts or questions, do not hesitate to ask the guide. 
• The guide will tour with the number of people that the client declares. This is due to the capacity of the car. If you come with more people, you must inform the guide to get a bigger car a week before the tour. If there are more than 4 travellers, the price of the tour changes because the guide has to rent another car. 
• The client has to inform the guide if a reservation is needed for lunch/dinner.
• If the client comes by cruise ship and arrives in the afternoon, the tour will start at Cienfuegos City. The client should analyze the time he/she has to return to the cruise ship to see if time is enough to enjoy the tour.
• The guide will not drive the car, but a professional driver will do the same.
