Day 1: Panda Base & Leshan Buddha expand_more
Meet your tour guide at a pre-decided location.
Make your way to the Chengdu Panda Base and watch adorable giant pandas up close.
After lunch, visit the world's largest stone Buddha Maitreya, the Leshan Giant Buddha.
Return to your accommodation in Chengdu.

Day 2: Du Fu Caotang, Wenshu Monastery & People's Park expand_more
Begin your day with a visit to the Du Fu Caotang, a museum on the Tang dynasty poet Du Fu in a reconstructed thatched hut. Learn about Du Fu's life and his significance in the history of Chinese literature and poetry. Admire the western Sichuan style of garden architecture.
Head to Wenshu Monastery, the largest Buddhist temple in Chengdu, to experience Chinese Buddhist culture.
Enjoy sweet water noodles and other Sichuan specialities for lunch.
Make your way to Taikoo Li to visit Chengdu's most popular bookstore, Fangsuo.
Go to People's Park to taste Chengdu Jasmine Tea and observe and understand Chengdu locals' daily lives.
You may optionally visit the Sichuan Opera at night.
