Get picked up from the national airport or railway station and transfer to your accomodation for check-in.

Meet your Beijing guide and driver at your hotel for pick up at about 8:30 am (or any time you want).
Visit the Forbidden City, situated exactly in the heart of the municipality and home to 24 emperors of the Ming and Qing Dynasties. It has a 9000-room maze of courtyards, palaces, and ceremonial halls, where 24 emperors used to live. Forbidden City was indeed a forbidden place, where commoners were kept out for nearly 500 years in the past.
Have lunch at a local restaurant.
Explore the Temple of Heaven, built specifically for the worship of heaven and prayers for good harvests during the Ming and Qing dynasties. The park surrounding it is much bigger than the Forbidden City and smaller than the Summer Palace with an area of about 2700000 square meters.

Get picked up at the same time as the day before, for the trip to the Great Wall after driving for 1.5 hours. The Great Wall is often referred to as the 'Eighth Wonder of the World', whose segments were built as long ago as 500 BCE.

Visit the Summer Palace, which is the best-kept and largest existing royal garden in Beijing. Just as its name shows, the royal family spent their summers here. Today it serves as a virtual museum of traditional Chinese gardening design in the world, integrating the natural landscape with manmade features into a harmonious and aesthetically-exception whole.
