Description

Let´s go hiking in the City´s Natural Park! Created by decree in 2014, it is one of the most beautiful preserved rainforest biomes in the region, full of trails waiting for you to discover! In this tour you´ll get to know two different sectors the Coastal/Lagoon of Piratininga sector and the Forest sector. We will begin our tour going up the hill and end at the sea level, on a island, on the other sector. And if you feel brave enough, it´s possible to fly your way down with a paraglider instructor on a tandem flight!

  • 09:00: Meeting Point expand_more
    • We´ll meet at a small local shopping center for you to go to the toilet or buy something at the local snack bar. Maybe purchase something you forgot to bring from the list.
  • 09:20: Niterói´s City Natural Park expand_more
    • We will begin our adventure following the street that takes us high on the hill.
  • 10:00: Eucalyptus Forest expand_more
    • We will enter the woods by visiting a man-made forest entirely with eucalyptus.
    • It´s a great place to talk about sustainability and take pictures! Depending on the weather, the background can be scary or pleasant!
  • 10:30: Head Office and Flight Ramp expand_more
    • There, we can see the paragliders in action and maybe take a lesson(not included).
    • If that´s not the case, we can enjoy the view and visit the park´s head office, which has the whole park model and information tabs on the trekking areas available for us to explore. Let´s choose some of them and bail!
  • 12:00: Let´s go get lunch expand_more
    • Let´s regain our strength with delicious miner´s cuisine, typical of the old timers who explored gold in our country. (Meals/drinks not included)
  • 14:00: Point Island expand_more
    • Are you ready to see birds and lizards up close? It´s time to do some trekking with a pinch of bird watching!
  • 16:00: Spa evening expand_more
    • YOU SURVIVED!
    • So... you´ve earned a very good moment for yourself after being brave and fearless in the forests of Niterói: A Spa Session! (not included) Enjoy!
  • 17:00: The End expand_more
