The itinerary

Day 01

Marrakech to Aït Benhaddou, Ouarzazate and Dades Valley

Depart from Marrakech at 7:30 AM to begin your shared 3-day desert trip to Merzouga, passing through the High Atlas Mountains and the Tizi n'Tichka pass. Continue to Aït Benhaddou Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage Site where famous Hollywood blockbusters such as Gladiator were filmed.
Later, visit Ouarzazate, have lunch at a restaurant overlooking the Kasbah, and then drive to Dades Valley, crossing the majestic Valley of Roses and Boumalne Dades along the way.
Dinner and an overnight stay will be at the hotel.

Day 02

Dades Valley to Todra Gorges, Rissani and Merzouga Dunes

After breakfast, drive along the Road of 1001 Kasbahs to reach the oasis of Tinghir, where you will enjoy picturesque natural scenery along the way.
Then have lunch, which is not included in the price, visit Rissani, the biggest date market in the country, and continue directly to the edge of the Erg Chebbi dunes in Merzouga.
Your camels will be waiting to begin a trek through the sand dunes to the desert camp, where you will see beautiful sand formations, have dinner, enjoy Berber drum music around the campfire, and spend the night under the stars.

Day 03

Sahara Sunrise and Return to Marrakech

On the third day, wake up early to see the wonderful sunrise over the Sahara Desert, have breakfast at the camp, and ride your camel for an hour and a half to meet your driver before driving to Ouarzazate.
