Marrakech to Zagora via Aït Benhaddou and Ouarzazate
After breakfast, depart for Ouarzazate over the High Atlas Mountains through the Tichka Pass. Along the way, you will see Berber villages tucked away on the mountainside.
After 3 hours, arrive at Aït Benhaddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the world's most magnificent kasbahs. This setting has been used for more films than any other location in Morocco, including The Mummy, Lawrence of Arabia, and Astérix.
Continue towards Ouarzazate to visit some of the cinema studios.
Then continue to Zagora through the Draa Valley, crossing the magic palm plantation and visiting the very old kasbah.
In the afternoon, enjoy a camel trip to the Ennakhla dunes with a 2-hour trek.
Spend the night in a Berber tent, where you can take pictures of the sunset and sunrise on the dunes.
