Jebel Toubkal Summit and Return to Marrakech

  • Set out for the summit of Jebel Toubkal, the highest peak in Northern Africa, with your local tour guide. The route leads to the south cirque, crossing the stream above the refuge, where the walking is relatively straightforward. However, the scree and altitude make it quite challenging, and the views along the way make the journey worthwhile.
  • Continue to admire breathtaking vistas across the surrounding landscape. From the summit, enjoy unrestricted views in every direction, from the Marrakesh plains to the High Atlas in the north, and the Anti-Atlas and the Sahara in the south.
  • Retrace your steps as you descend the mountain and head back towards Imlil.
  • Walk for 9-10 hours before returning to Marrakech.
