4-Day Desert Tour from Marrakech with Erg Chebbi Camel Trek

• After breakfast, depart for Ouarzazate. Leaving behind the romantic red city of Marrakech, we pass through the Atlas Mountains and cross the Tizi n'Tichka pass (2,260 m), which offers exciting, breathtaking views.
• Between winding bends and villages perched on the slopes, we take a slight detour of about 20 km that leads us to Telouet village, a valley surrounded by the Atlas Mountains, lush vegetation, and beautiful views. This small village is famous for its ancient and beautiful Kasbah, once the residence of Pasha el Glaoui. Near the town, we can also visit the salt mines.
• We continue our trip through the High Atlas Mountains until we arrive at the village of Ait Ben Haddou.
• Visit the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, which owes its international fame to the many films shot there, including "The Gladiator" and "Lawrence of Arabia".

Overnight in a riad in Ouarzazate on a half-board basis (dinner and breakfast).

• After breakfast, we continue our trip to the Valley of Roses, then on to Dadès Valley and the canyons of Todra.
• Visit the famous women's cooperative in the town of M'Gouna, where rose water from the Damask rose is produced and manufactured.
• We continue our journey to Merzouga, visiting the ancient water supply system in the town of Jorf.
• Arrival in Merzouga.

Overnight in a tent in Merzouga on a half-board basis (dinner and breakfast).

• Your full day is reserved for admiring the numerous desert villages, including the town of Khamlia, known for the Gnawa Music Festival held at the end of August, and Hasi-el-Bied village, as well as the natural lakes "Daia Tiffart" and "Jesmina". You will also enjoy a round trip around the Erg-Chebbi dunes, with a tour lasting about 3 hours by 4x4 jeep.
• We will stop to visit the city of Rissani, one of the ancient imperial cities of Morocco. Visit the Mausoleum of Moulay Ali Cherif and the numerous kasbahs that characterize the town and give it a particular charm, reflecting its glorious past as an important center of commercial exchange. In particular, we visit the archaeological site of Sijilmassa, once the setting of markets where caravans from all over Africa gathered.
• Today's included lunch in Rissani is based on Moroccan pizza with mint tea.
• At 5:30 pm, just before sunset, we prepare to cross the dunes of Erg-Chebbi, this time on camelback, to watch the sunset in the desert. The ride lasts about one hour.

Overnight in a tent in the dunes of Merzouga on a half-board basis (dinner and breakfast).

• After breakfast, depart for Marrakech via Draà Valley.
• Visit the Ait Saoin valley, a beautiful valley of magnetic rocks located in the heart of the Jebel Saghro range.
