County Wicklow Excursion to Powerscourt, Glendalough and Avoca
- Connect with your tour guide, who will meet you at the meeting point in Dublin City at 9 am to start the program.
- Begin by visiting Powerscourt House & Gardens, where a short audio-visual presentation tells the history of the house and its various families. The optional garden tour is self-guided and offers fantastic scenery, formal gardens, and rambling walks.
- Next, head to Glendalough to see and read about the life of St Kevin and his followers.
- Then visit the ancient ruins nearby.
- Eat lunch at Glendalough or at a nearby country pub.
- Afterwards, go to the Avoca Woollen Mills to see skilled workers on-site producing their incredible array of blankets, scarves, and much more.
- Return to Dublin by approximately 5 pm.
