Itinerary

1. DAY 1: Marrakech - Tizi-n-Tichka - Ait Benhaddou - Ouarzazate - Dades Valley

   • Get picked up at 08:00 am and start your three-day desert tour from Marrakech to the Dades Gorges across the Tizi-n-Tichka Atlas pass to the traditional High Atlas Berber villages. 
   • Continue to visit a UNESCO World Heritage site and have lunch at one of the restaurants at the foothills of the Kasbahs, 
   • Then, we move to Dades Gorges through Skoura and Rose Valley.

2. DAY 2: Dades Gorges - Tenghir - Todra Gorges - Tinjdad - Erfoud - Merzouga

   • After breakfast, drive from Dades Gorges to Erg Chebbi in Merzouga. Berber villages are scattered along the way. We will pass through Todra Gorges, Tenhir, Tinjdad, Jorf and Erfoud. Reach the beginning of the Saharan oasis of Tafilalet. 
   • Continue to a Hotel in Merzouga. After relaxing for a few minutes, you will take some of your luggage in a small bag (just the necessary things for a night in the desert) and leave the other luggage at the hotel. 
   • Ride the camels on an adventure crossing the Erg Chebbi dunes. This is a great opportunity to take lovely pictures of the sunset and sunrise. 
   • Reach the camp and leave the camels. Walk to the highest dunes for sandboarding and watch the sunset. 

   Spend the night in a camp (Berber nomad tents) and enjoy the tribal music in the middle of the Sahara.

3. DAY 3: Merzouga - Alnif- Tazarine - Agdez - Atlas Mountains - Marrakech

   • Wake you up early in the morning to watch the sunrise on the dunes. 
   • Then, ride the camels back to Merzouga. Have breakfast and shower at the hotel. 
   • Start the journey back to Marrakech through different areas and different Berber villages (Alnif, Tazarine, N’kob) until Ouarzazate. Then, take the same road back to Marrakech and arrive in the evening.
