Day by day

The itinerary

Day 01

Marrakech to Imi Oughlad and Tahliouin Village

Pick-up from your residence, airport, or hotel in Marrakech and depart. Drive through Tahnaout and the Moulay Brahim gorges, the site where the popular Hollywood film "Mission Impossible" was shot.
Reach Imlil and begin the trek after meeting your team and having a cup of tea. Start by walking through Ait Lachien Village, going up to Tizi N'tacht, where you will stop for lunch prepared by your cook.
After a short nap, continue on a 2-hour walk via Thliouin Red Village, crossing the Azzaden River to reach Tizian village, where you will spend the night.

Day 02

Tahliouin to Tizi Ntkhrkhort and Tizgui N'tkent

After breakfast, set out with your guide for a new day of experiences. Walk up to Tizi Ntkhrkhort, passing a small goat shelter, L'azib. Reach the top and take a break as you munch on nuts and take pictures.
Continue your walk through a quiet forest to reach Amlan, a green spot, where you will have lunch.
Proceed to the Berber village of Tizgui N'tkent for the night.

Day 03

Tizgui N'tkent to Tizi Ntagdalt and Tizzi Oussem

After breakfast, walk up to Tizi Ntagdalt via Azib Angs Nousoul ("Summer Village"), an economic hub for the people of the village. Stop here to have some nuts and take pictures while enjoying views of the Red Valley of Azzaden.
Walk downhill to Arro, a shaded spot, for lunch. Then proceed to Tizzi Oussem for the night.

Day 04

Tizzi Oussem to Imlil and Marrakech

After breakfast, begin your walk from Azzaden towards Imlil, going through Tizzi Mzik.
On reaching Imlil, you will have the option to spend the night after exploring the city, or you will be transferred back to your accommodation in Marrakech.
