The itinerary

Day 01

Marrakech to Aït Benhaddou and Dadès

Meet your tour guide in the morning at your hotel in Marrakech.
Head to Kasbah Aït Benhaddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, passing through the Tizi n'Tichka mountain pass and taking in views of the Atlas Mountains.
After lunch, continue through the beautiful Roses Valley to reach your accommodation in Dadès.
Enjoy a traditional Berber dinner and spend the night in Dadès.

Day 02

Toudra Gorge to Merzouga Desert Camp

After breakfast at the hotel, leave for the Toudra Gorges, a series of limestone river canyons hollowed out over millennia. This wonderful site is also a delight for climbing enthusiasts.
After lunch, continue to the fascinating dunes of Merzouga, a village that marks the beginning of the Sahara. At this stage, vehicles will be replaced by camels for a one-hour camel ride.
Cross the dunes and admire the perpetually changing colours of the sunset.
After a traditional dinner accompanied by Berber rhythms, spend the night under the stars in a nomad tent in the middle of the desert.

Day 03

Merzouga, Ouarzazate and Return to Marrakech

Wake up early to catch a beautiful sunrise and take in the magnificent contrast of lights, colours, and shadows.
Enjoy a traditional Berber breakfast and a camel ride back to Merzouga.
Continue through the Draa Valley and the Berber village of Agdez on the way to Ouarzazate.
Visit Kasbah Taourirt, built in the 17th century by the Glaoui tribe. Admire the monument's architecture, with its large decorated rooms and bronzed walls rising into the sky.
Take the road to Marrakech and witness magnificent views of the Atlas Mountains.
