Marrakech to Ouzoud Waterfalls Excursion
Depart early from Marrakech and head towards Ouzoud, passing through beautiful fields of olive trees.
Continue to the famous Ouzoud Waterfalls, about 110 metres high. They are one of the most spectacular natural beauty spots in Morocco.
Marvel at the surrounding countryside, with its red cliffs, oleander, and doves.
Catch glimpses of Barbary macaques, as well as other animals and birds.
Have lunch at one of the popular restaurants in the area, surrounded by lime trees.
Enjoy Moroccan specialities and fresh-squeezed orange juice at one of the many cafes along the terraces on the path to the falls.
Take a short walk to the top of the falls, from where you can see small, constantly active mills.
Spend some time near the waterfall, taking pictures and enjoying the view. Afterwards, drive back to Marrakech.
