Itinerary

1. Day 1: Marrakech to Ait Benhaddou to Ouarzazate to Dades Gorges

   • Get picked up from your hotel in Marrakech.

   • Enjoy amazing views of the Tizi-n-Tichka pass in the High Atlas Mountains. 

   • Visit the best Kasbah in Morocco called Ait Benhaddou, located in the village with the same name. It has been declared as UNESCO heritage.

   • Continue your Morocco tour passing the “Valley of Roses”, well-known for its annual “Festival of Roses”. 

   • Drive towards Dades Gorges, where you spend the first night at a local hotel. 

   Dinner and breakfast included.

2. Day 2: Dades Gorges to Todra Gorges to Rissani to Merzouga

   • Drive towards Todra gorge and explore its narrow canyon -well knows for rock climbers as an adventure sport in Morocco.

   • Explore the oasis of Tinjdad and Ziz valley on the way to Erfoud, where you may visit fossil factory and see amazing fossil products and souvenirs. 

   • Visit a traditional souk in Rissani, and finish in the Merzouga desert, where you start camel ride into the Sahara desert. 

   • Enjoy your one hour of exploring the desert dunes on the back of a camel.

   • Dinner is served near the camp, and watch the desert sunset before spending this night in a desert camp in Merzouga. 

3. Day 3: Merzouga to Draa Valley to Atlas Mountains to Marrakech

   • Wake up early to watch the spectacular desert sunrise. 

   • Prepare for a camel trip back to Merzouga village. 

   • Ride the camels to the hotel and, after breakfast, continue to Nkob, Agdaz and Ouarzazate city, the gate to Sahara. 

   • Enjoy the peaks of Atlas mountains and reach Marrakech in the late afternoon.
