We had a wonderful time with Ragini

She was punctual, sensitive,  funny, did exactly what we requested.  Our party of four are very grateful to have her as our guide for our short stay in Mumbai when our cruise ship was there for a few hours,  we will recommend her to anybody.  She recommended for us to have lunch at Copper Chimney.  Food was delicious and the restaurant is super clean.

Ragini showed sincere interest in what we wanted to see and experience in our visit to Mumbai. We were specifically interested in the Ganpati festival. She corresponded with us regularly leading up to the festival and developed an itinerary that exceeded our expectations. This included visits to the most important community and private family home Mandapas and participation in the final parade. She enabled us to have contact with local people and to feel excitement as the festival built up to the final day. She guided us with extreme expertise and care through the multitudes of people in the Ganpati parade all the way to the sea.

Ragini is a delightful, warm and interesting person. Her ideas were creative and her knowledge extensive and we enjoyed every moment in her company. 

It was a really the great tour - Ragini adjusted it exactly to my preferences, was very flexible, highly professional and extremely friendly. It was planned to have a tour for eight hours, but although it took a little longer, there were no concerns about additional changes. 

Highly recommend Ragini and looking forward to more Mumbai sightseeing with her.
