Wendy is a very prompt and pleasant person that did everything she set set up.   That said, she did very little above "setting it up".

We arrived at the designated area and were met by her and an OFFICIAL tour guide.  This guide was the one that actually did the entire old town tour.    When we passed the old cathedral, they pointed it out and we kept walking (mind you, the entry fee was supposed to be part of the tour).

We continued walking through the area as we were guided to various museums and gift shops with the "opportunity " to stop and buy stuff.

We did get a lot of info from Andrez (the real guide), but we could have walked through the Columbus Park area be picked him up on our own.

After we let him go, we had lunch at a "gastronomic museum" that had wretched food (which had been included in the price of the tour) ... but it was "native".  Th place was a freaking ( pleasant), but ordinary cafeteria.

Later she finally took us to the cathedral, but only after being prompted.   Had we not asked, she would have kept the entry fee to herself.

At the end, I had to leave before we had the Three Eyes National Park.  When we asked her what we were missing, she couldn't tell us ONE THING that was historical or that had happened.   "It's a very beautiful area that you can walk around in or get on a small boat".   Nothing.   Nothing.

There was some small issue about the number of people we had contracted for, but that was quickly dealt with.... I paid the full price after being furious that I was being asked to pay for three park entrance fees that we didn't use...   but yes, feeling cheated certainly solves an awkward moment.

We could have done everything on our own.   I would hire only someone that is an actual guide.    Ask.   You shouldn't have to, but you need to.
