Moises was an excellent guide. He was very sympathetic. His knowledge about the jungle was impressive. He knew about plants, birds, all mammals but also about problems the area is facing (e.g. conflicts between natives and tourists). I had the impression that we got a deeper insight into this ecosystem - not "only" with respect to the wildlife but also the people that live here. I was deeply impressed how Moises discovered animals in the bush (I am a birdwatcher myself and thought that I am not to bad at discovering things...). The atmosphere with Moises and also his Co-workers on the trip was always very relaxed and often very funny. I can only recommand this guide! He has good principles, is a nice guy and knows a lot about the jungle where he comes from.BTW: The pictures depict Moises at work (and not the trip....there would be lots of pictures of animals like Jaguar, 9 species of monkeys, lots of birds...)

I had an amazing time in Manu with our group. Moises could answer all my questions and was always willing to tell me more. He showed us the beautiful flora, made sure we saw the sometimes almost invisible fauna, gave us time to enjoy and take a lot of pictures, took his responsibilities but also made sure the group had a lot of fun. Next time I will definitely ask for him.

We booked a 5 day tour to Manu Reserve and had Moises as our guide. I travel with a 6 year old, so i aprehended a bit this trip. Moises is a very  patient and knowlegeable person and made us all feel at ease and comfortable with all the schedule. What I appreciated in him is that he was very motivated and very keen to share the secrets of the jungle with us. Maya liked him very much and was very sad when the trip was over.
