Samuel is absolutely fantastic! Not only is he very familiar with the area, he has a great eye and a knack for finding wildlife! Anybody wanting to see the cloud forest should take Samuel along with you! I spent two weeks with him and would recommend him over anybody in Monteverde!

We had Samuel guide us twice while in Monteverde. He is excellent-he knows all the fauna and flora, and has a very keen eye. We loved having Samuel as a guide, and would not hesitate to recommend him.
