Villa D’Este & Villa Adriana Day Tour

Reviewed April 25, 2023

Amedeo is a wonderful and knowledgeable guide who gave us so much insights about the villas. He told us about Villa D'Este's history: its owner, the fountains and the architects. When we went to Villa Adriana, Amedeo explained to us the history, the emperor Hadrian, his personality and quirks, the different sites in Villa Adriana right down to the mosaic on the ground. His tour is so rich with information and Amedeo has a wonderful and kind personality coupled with his graciousness to help us take photos. We are blessed to have him as a guide for the day. Thank you and we will be back in Rome. See you!

Thank you very much for this valuable, sensitive and kind comment. For a guide it is not easy to meet special people like you. I hope to see you again as soon as possible. Arrivederci. Amadeus

The History of Rome in One Afternoon

Reviewed April 28, 2015

We had our second excellent Italian city tour with Amadeo M. de Falco (Venice was first) while visiting Rome last week. Amadeo is friendly and professional, and not only very knowledgeable but able to convey the knowledge in a fluent and fascinating manner. His English is also excellent. His wine knowledge is also very good, but he doesn't like to drink Primitivo. : )
