Cassidy was a nice person, she was good at translating to us, and helping us ordering things in Chinese and communicating. But as a tour guide we thought she lacked, she wasn't proactive in explaining to us the places we were visiting or giving us expert / local tips from around. She was helpful if we needed but not proactive. We have been around the world with many tour guides, and in comparison, not a great experience.
