Great guide

Reviewed April 27, 2020

A friend of ours recommended Paul as a great guide in Kenya. And that was for sure also the experience we had. Paul is very enthusiastic, happy and passionate about his country. He recommended us to visit Lake Naivasha, Hells Gate National Park and Masai Mara for three days. The accomodations he suggested were very nice. We had a great time with Paul and we would definiately recommend him for private tours - in big or small groups. Paul will do his best to get you as excited about Kenya as he is!

Together with 8 friends we visited Kenia in January 2019.  For 10 days we travelled around Nairobi and Mombassa. Paul was during the whole trip our guide and became a friend.

Paul knows a lot about his country, has a great network, respect people, animals and nature

He knows what is needed to make your trip a unique life experience. He calls himself Mr fixit. And that is what he is

Amazing tour with Paul

Reviewed December 7, 2019

Paul was an amazing tour. He is very nice, intelligent, well educated, spoke perfect English and knows Nairobi and Kenya very well. He took us to places we would have never found on our own. He was flexible with the schedule and always pleasant. Paul and Mathew, his driver, are 2 of Kenya's treasures.

Paul Kamau review

Reviewed November 18, 2019

Iam pleased to be a referent to Paul and I indeed recommend his promotion.

SinceI work within East Africa region with frequent short-term holidays, it oftenhappens that Kenya is among my tour destinations. Paul became since some yearsthe 'focal person' for me and all my friends for holidays or short trips toKenya. The trips done with him include: Elementaita-Naivasha, Lamu, Meru,Mombasa-Malindi, Nairobi.

Hehas been able every time to provide a complete andrecommendable experience. If I might identify the strengths ofthe experiences he organized are:

-LOCAL TRAVEL instead of a TOURIST TOUR: With Paul I never felt like me and myfriends were in a tourist-like tour. Starting from his approach to me andfriends, he always showed transparency and treated us more like 'friends' than'clients', making the experience looking and feeling like we are out with agroup pf friends. Moreover, the place-choice done by Paul allow us toexperience a Kenya which is not the one only visited by tourist, but the realone.

.

-HONEST AND TRANSPARENT: In other previous experiences, the major problem that Iwas facing was the approach of tour guides: treating me like a tourist toextract as much money as possible from. However, with Paul me and my friendsalways perceived first a real and genuine interest in cultural exchange, andwanting to share an experience together. Paul is a respectful, highly educatedand international thinker who can very easily get along with any type of personand make people feel comfortable.

-KNOWLEDGE: Moreover, Paul is very knowledgeable about the history andcultures of his Country, which makes travelling with him veryinteresting.  I always wandered if he studies before going on a travelwith us, however every time he can really provide us with great insights!

-SIMPLE YET COMFORTABLE: Accommodation, transports and food places advised byPaul are always surprisingly good quality, yet simple. Paul has been able tounderstand what me and my friends like: Not too expensive travelling yet ofgood quality.

-SAFETY: Paul is very cautious and careful of people safety, never one accidenthappened during his trips.

-VARIETY and CREATIVITY: Paul is able every time to propose activities that wecould not even image of: proposing biking tours instead of usual bus-tours,cultural events, hiking in natural parks, concerts, festivals. He also haslinkages with international NGOs, and in more than one occasion he was able toorganize 'volunteering- trip' in projects in Nairobi and Meru.

Forall these reasons, I warmly recommend Paul to become part of your team. I trulybelieve that he can be of great added value and you will never regret thechoice.

Kindregards,

Federica
