As part of our activities for the Dutch Football Federation for World Cup 2014 in Brazil, was Arno us as an interpreter in Porto Alegre available. Arno has contributed with his personal commitment to the very success of our work in Porto Alegre. Contacts with the authorities, companies would not have been possible without him. Arno proved to be a full-fledged team member. We thank Arno for the very far beyond the normal continuous work. We can highly recommend ... Arno. Great time with Him. ...

Arno was kind, friendly, and considerate while guiding our group of university students around Porto Alegre. He was knowledgeable about the city's history and culture and his interesting tour included museums, churches, the Porto Alegre World Cup stadium and an hour-long boat tour. Arno was very flexible about changing arrangements when issues arose (such as inclement weather and students worrying about the cost of an authentic Brazilian meal). He was so warm and accommodating, and we were all very fond of Arno when we left Porto Alegre.

Arno guided my group of young college students around the Porto Alegre area for two full days via bus. He adjusted his plans to our feedback, the weather, opportunities, and more. Arno managed to give us two opportunities to see things that were officially closed and the students were very excited to enjoy the things they saw and the food we shared. Arno's German and Portuguese are excellent and his English is reasonable.

Arno Frost was the guide for a multinational veteran group on two trips. Arno's strength was his language skills that enabled him to establish a great contact and communication with the group. Arno was good in planning and keeping to the time schedule which was respected and appreciated by the group. Arno was excellent in adjusting the plans caused by the weather conditions at one of the original destinations. As the replacement the group was able to experience another very interesting sight (Mina minerals museum). We left Brazil with great memories thanks to Felliniturismo and Arno Frost.
