We spent a wonderful days in Kandy.  Thank Alex we could visit not a typical tourist places, all of them was really unique and worth visiting. He adapted the tour to our needs and wishes. If you are searching  for a perfect guide, don't sear further you find him! 

Alex organised drivers for a week of our trip, and then joined us a guide, with a colleague driving, for another week. My family and I found Alex to be honest, reliable, personable and intelligent - we were all very sad to leave him behind when that part of our trip came to an end. We would recommend Alex to other travellers without hesitation.

Alex was our driver for part of our stay in Sri Lanka. His rates were reasonable, he was very energetic and lovely, was patient and content to drive us wherever we asked and was happy to explain anything we wanted to know about Sri Lanka and its people. Plus he gave us tips to prevent us being ripped off! 

Also, his car is very new and comfortable, which is an added bonus!

Alex was a great host, with excellent knowledge to help you plan a hassle-free itinerary. The only regret I have was we didn't find him earlier!

I just came back from Sri Lanka after spending 6 days for tourism there. Based on my positive experience, I wanted to leave a feedback for my two super-helpful guides – Alex Prasad and Derick, with whom I spent almost 4 days in Kandy and Anuradhapura.I initially got to know about Alex and Derick through an AirBnB host (based out of Kandy). My first meeting with them and overall planning was very pleasant and helpful. They were prompt, cheerful and listened well. They suggested a plan based on my specific needs and desires, rather than a cookie-cutter itinerary to the usual touristy places. They took me to local eateries, which were tasty, cheap and clean. Through them, I established other local contacts, which helped me get access, which would not have been possible otherwise. There were other several subtle things which Alex and Derrick helped with, e.g., understanding the subtleties of culture, when, who and how much to tip, what questions to ask the locals and what’s forbidden, etc.. I have not come across many guides who will go to this extent.All in all, I will whole-heartedly recommend Alex and Derick as tour guides if you are in Sri Lanka.
