We were collected from our hotel by the driver as arranged - visited a few places in Delhi before driving to Agra to meet Aslam. We visited many beautiful places in Agra, highlight was the sunrise visit to the Taj Mahal. We then visited Fatehpur Sikri and said goodbye to Aslam. We met our new guide in Jaipur (arranged by Aslam, again all went very smoothly and he was very friendly and knowledgeable) and again had an amazing time. Drove back to Delhi today and visited another site before being dropped at our hotel. Aslam is an excellent guide, very knowledgeable and speaks very good English. He knows all the spots for the best photos and looked after us really well. He has kept in touch throughout and made sure that we are happy and enjoying our tour. Very much recommend ! Aslam is a soft speakig guide with lots of knowledge to share and who does not hesitate to say "I don't know" when confronted to highly technical questions (e.g. "does the Taj Mahal follow the proportions of the gold number?"), which is for me a proof of honesty and professionnalism.

He is a native of Agra who knows and loves his town. The handicraft shops where he drove us provided us excellent technical presentations of their craft before going on to their usual selling techniques.

I recommend hiring Aslam if you are looking for history and culture.

Two years ago I went to Agra to see Taj Mahal for the first time in my life. Back then I was a 19 years old woman travelling alone, and I was pretty nervous about taking the train and really just going on this trip alone. But I was instantly calmed when I arrived in Agra because Aslam was there waiting. He has a nice and calm personality and a lot of knowledge about all the things we saw. He told me the do's and don't's and it was really a pleasure having him as my guide. If I were to go back I would without a doubt contact him, and I can gladly recommend him to others.
